SiteMasters was initially founded and became established as a PLC in 1987 after seeing how the construction industry operated. We wanted to change the way in which temporary construction workers were recruited, as a big concern was the way labour hire candidates were treated and we believed this needed to be altered. Within SiteMasters, a system was set up which would ensure the best possible jobs for the candidates and the best possible workers for the clients. Ever since, the company has focused its efforts and energies into supplying specialised construction recruitment professionals and quality trades people to contractors within the construction industry.

The company’s directors and our office based management team have had many years of extensive experience in construction recruitment and labour hire, which has enabled them to use their exceptional skills and knowledge in supplying a first class service to all of our clients.
Over the years we have continued to vastly expand our client base to include the supply of personnel to all departments of Local Authorities and Works Departments in NHS Trusts and HM Prisons, as well as servicing the Housing, Rail, Tunnelling and Civil Engineering sectors amongst many other highly respectful players in the industry.

At SiteMasters, we put a lot of time and consideration into carefully hand-picking the members of our team, both those working inside our offices and on site, guaranteeing a bespoke and individualised service to each and every one of our valued clients.

Referral Scheme

From our years of experience we have learnt that  GOOD PEOPLE  seem to know GOOD PEOPLE… so if you can refer friends or contacts you may receive up to £500 as a thank you from us!*

Some of the most skilled people we meet are often recommended to us by our network of contacts and we place high value on the recommendations we receive.

Perhaps there is a colleague or friend you know in the Construction or Recruitment sectors who is unhappy with their current job and seeks a new challenge or fresh opportunity? Because referrals play such an important part of our candidate attraction strategy we believe it is only right to thank the people who recommend others to us. If we succeed in placing a referred candidate we will offer up to £500 to the person who made the referral. There is no limit to the amount of people you refer to us!

*Terms & Conditions

  • Please note that the job vacancy must have the ‘referral’ stamp on it to be eligible for the referral scheme. This will also show the value of that referral.
  • Referral reference must be quoted.
  • The person you recommend must not be registered with us.
  • A referral claim must be made within 7 days of start date.
  • Before payment is made, the referred person must complete a 13 week concurrent probationary period.
  • We retain the right to alter or terminate the Terms and Conditions of the referral programme without having to notify other parties.
